The SRHOA and THOA management office is located at 200 Greenfield Court, Sterling, VA

The office is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (closed holidays). Staff can be contacted at 703-430-4500.

Meeting rooms in the Office Building are available for residents to rent. The largest meeting room features a kitchenette. It is perfect for smaller club meetings and presentations.

Office Building Meeting Room Rentals:

8 AM through 12 AM (includes clean-up time and please be mindful of the 11pm Loudoun County noise ordinance)
$25.00 per hour (4 hour minimum) rental, $500 deposit

Community Center Rental:

8 AM through 12 AM (includes clean-up time and please be mindful of the 11pm Loudoun County noise ordinance)
$50.00 per hour (4 hour minimum) rental including kitchen, $500 deposit
$40.00 per hour (4 hour minimum) rental excluding kitchen, $500 deposit
