Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is responsible for reviewing and approving all exterior changes or improvements to properties within both the Sugarland Run single-family homes and the Townhouse Owners Association (THOA).
In addition to approving improvement requests, the ARC also helps maintain the overall appearance and standards of the community by conducting periodic property inspections to ensure ongoing compliance.
Submitting an Application
Before making any exterior changes — such as painting, roof replacement, deck construction, or fencing — homeowners must submit an Architectural Improvement Application.

- At the SRHOA Office (200 Greenfield Court)
Approved color palettes for painting, trim, siding, and roofing are also available on the Documents & Forms page to help guide your selections.
Meeting Schedule
When: Second Tuesday of each month
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: SRHOA Office Building (200 Greenfield Court)
