Hunington Ridge Condominium
Association (HRCA)
Residents of Hunington Ridge are members of both the Sugarland Run Homeowners Association (SRHOA) and their own individual Hunington Ridge Condominium Association (HRCA), based on their street and unit address.
Each condominium owner is a co-owner of their association’s common elements and shares responsibility for their upkeep. Each HRCA collects monthly assessments to fund maintenance and administrative services specific to that association.
