About the Sugarland Run Homeowners
Association (SRHOA)
The Sugarland Run Homeowners Association (SRHOA) is the master association for all properties within the Sugarland Run community. Every homeowner is automatically a member of SRHOA and a co-owner of the common elements, sharing in the responsibility for their maintenance and preservation.
Assessments are collected monthly from each homeowner to support the upkeep of these shared spaces and to fund the Association’s administrative operations. SRHOA is professionally managed by Sequoia Management Company and overseen by an elected Board of Directors.

Your monthly assessment provides access to a wide range of community amenities and benefits, including:

- Multi-Purpose Field
- Community Center Rental (fee required)
- HOA Office – Room A Rental (fee required)
- Tennis Courts (access code required)

SRHOA Board of Directors
The SRHOA Board of Directors (BOD) is made up of homeowner volunteers elected to oversee the Association’s affairs in coordination with the Managing Agent, Asma Khan. Their responsibilities include:
- Adopting rules and regulations for the use of common areas and facilities
- Holding annual meetings and regular board sessions
- Establishing the annual budget and monthly assessments
- Ensuring proper management of community operations
Board Meetings:
Held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 6:30 PM, in person at the Community Center (200 Greenfield Court) and via Zoom (links are emailed to subscribed homeowners).
