Tenant Pool Pass form

I own the house located at the above address. By signing this form, I waive my rights to the pool and give the privilege to my tenants. I certify that all information contained here is correct and that all members listed on the application residing at the above address. I also understand that their membership is not valid unless Association dues are and remain paid in full. I have made my tenants aware of the pool rules and regulations and they recognize that failure to abide by these rules may lead to the loss of membership privileges.
