Townhouse Owners Association (THOA)
In addition to membership in the master Sugarland Run Homeowners Association (SRHOA), residents of Sugarland Run townhomes also belong to the Sugarland Run Townhouse Owners Association (THOA), a separate association created to meet the unique needs of townhouse living.
Each townhouse owner is a co-owner of the common elements maintained by the THOA and shares responsibility for their care. Monthly assessments are collected to support this maintenance and to fund the Association’s administration.
The THOA is managed by Sequoia Management Company, operating from the SRHOA on-site office:

As a member of THOA, your monthly payment includes access to the following shared amenities:

Townhouse-Specific Responsibilities
In addition to access to community-wide amenities, the THOA is directly responsible for managing and maintaining areas specific to townhouse living, including:
- Parking lot and sidewalk maintenance
- Trail maintenance within townhouse areas
- Snow removal from townhouse parking lots
- Tot lot upkeep within the THOA
- General care of THOA-deed common grounds
THOA Board of Directors
The THOA Board of Directors oversees daily operations, manages the association’s financial responsibilities, and ensures homeowner compliance with established rules and guidelines. The Board is supported by dedicated committees that help manage community needs.
Board Meetings:
Held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Community Center and via Zoom (links are emailed to subscribed homeowners) and on the last Saturday of each month at 2:00 PM in person only at the Office Building.
